1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Asera platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Asera. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Candidate accounts

Candidates may create profiles, search for jobs, and submit applications through the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your profile information. You must not impersonate another person or submit false information.

Applications submitted via Asera are shared with the respective employer. Asera does not guarantee employment or interview outcomes.

4. Recruiter accounts

Recruiters may post job listings and manage applications. Job postings must accurately describe the role. Postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law are prohibited and may be removed without notice.

Recruiters may not use candidate data obtained through the platform for any purpose other than evaluating the candidate for the specific role applied for.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction
• Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting your identity
• Posting spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on Asera is the property of Asera or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Content you submit to the platform (profiles, job posts) remains yours; you grant Asera a limited license to display it on the Service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Asera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any employment decisions made based on information available on the Service.

8. Account termination

Asera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
